How to Enable the Ticket Panel?

Use the /tickets panel command

This command creates a fully functional ticket panel in the channel you choose. Users can click the panel to instantly open a private ticket.

Additional Setup Commands

1. /tickets set-manager-role

Update a role that will manage and respond to tickets.

2. /tickets set-transcript-channel
